DMCA Policy

StudocuFree respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This DMCA Policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement claims related to our free study materials downloader. We are not affiliated with Studocu and take copyright concerns seriously.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through StudocuFree infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid, your notice must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (e.g., title, description, or URL of the original work).
  • Identification of the infringing material on our site, including the specific URL where it appears.
  • Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

Please send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent via our contact form or by email to studocudownloader99@gmail.com . We will review and respond to valid notices promptly, typically within 5-7 business days.

Our Response to Takedown Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who provided the content, if applicable, about the removal.
  • Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice, as described below.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where StudocuFree operates) and will accept service of process from the complainant.

Send counter-notices via our contact form or to studocudownloader99@gmail.com. If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner initiates legal action.

Repeat Infringers

StudocuFree reserves the right to terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, in accordance with DMCA guidelines.
